Overview

Statistics South Africa seeks quotations for Audio Visual Equipment and Photographic Equipment. The bid is open to suppliers of AV and photographic gear with capacity to supply to government under the SITA RFB740 framework.

Requirements

• Special Condition: Bidder must be participating on the SITA RFB740 contract.
• Submission deadline: 11 August 2026 at 16:00 (Quotations@statssa.gov.za).
• Submission method: Email quotations to the address above.
• Completion of governing forms: Include the SBD 6.1 Preference Points form (SBD 6.1 IN TERMS OF PPR2022.docx) and comply with PPR 2022.
• Preference points: 80/20 or 90/10 system as applicable; points awarded for Price and Specific Goals.
• Specific goals documentation: To claim HDI equity points, provide proof (IDs, company docs, CSD, BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit); for Disabled/Youth/Women/Black, supply the corresponding supporting documents.
