Overview

Augmentation of existing septic tanks in Utrecht and surrounding areas (Bensdorp Ward 5) – Phase 1. Bids are invited from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database with CIDB 7CE or higher for construction works related to septic-tank augmentation. Requirements

• CIDB grading 7CE or higher; CIDB registration for works in septic-tank augmentation.
• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Original tax clearance or income tax reference number, security pin, and TCC number.
• Tender evaluation on 80/20: 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals.
• Specific goals points: HDI criteria (ownership >50% by black person; disability; female) and location-based goals (KwaZulu-Natal, Amajuba district).
• Supporting documents: company registration certificate/CSD report; medical certificate; ID copies/CSD; municipal rates or charges.

• Bid documents available at the Clarification Meeting with proof of payment of non-refundable R750 per document; deposit to Standard Bank A/c 062156624; provide deposit proof to obtain documents.
