How to Apply

• Obtain the Dossier d’Appel d’Offre from JIRAMA by paying the non-refundable fee (100,000 MGA) to the specified authorities (see the attached document AO 98 351 E RELANCE.pdf).
• Prepare and submit your bid in a sealed envelope to: JIRAMA, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, 54 Rue Dr RAJAONAH Ankadifotsy, Antananarivo 101, by 01/07/2026 at 10:00 local time.
• Note: electronic submission is not permitted.
• The electronic version of the dossier is available for withdrawal after payment (two payments noted in the document; see attached file for details).
