Overview

Procurement of B-BBEE verification services from SANAS-accredited agencies for a three-year period. SAMRC invites proposals from suitably qualified SANAS-accredited B-BBEE Verification Agencies to conduct annual B-BBEE verifications, issue valid certificates or scorecards, and provide related services. Bidders should demonstrate SANAS accreditation, a robust methodology, a dedicated verification team, and a fixed three-year pricing schedule.

Requirements

• SANAS accreditation as a B-BBEE Verification Agency (proof required).
• Detailed methodology and implementation plan with clear timelines.
• Proposed project team (Verification Analyst and Technical Signatory) with resumes and qualifications.
• At least three contactable references for similar B-BBEE verification projects (prefer public entities in the last 3 years).
• Fixed pricing schedule for three years (annual verification costs and any disbursements).
• Demonstrated ability to perform verifications in accordance with B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, the B-BBEE Act (53 of 2003), and relevant sector requirements.
