BACKUP EXEC LICENSE RENEWAL FOR 2 YEARS

Overview

Backup Exec license renewal for 2 years (on-premises), including standard subscription and essential maintenance, to ensure ongoing backup/recovery for on-site ICT assets. Bidder should have IT/software licensing capability, familiarity with Backup Exec, on-prem licenses, and maintenance; must meet SACAA's SCM and tax/compliance requirements. Validity period: 60 days.

Requirements

• Proof of registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and supplier number
• SBD1 (Invitation to bid) completed and signed
• SBD4 (Bidders Disclosure) completed and signed
• SBD6.1 (Preferential Procurement Points) completed and signed
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN and/or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; if applicable, CSD number
• B-BBEE status to claim specific goals (where applicable)
