Overview

Denel Aeronautics seeks bids for Battery Cell Part Number 412960. Eligible bidders include battery cell manufacturers/suppliers (local and international) with aerospace-grade capabilities, and which can meet regulatory and procurement requirements (GCC, PPPFA, B-BBEE, tax, CSD).

Requirements

• Mandatory: OEM Certificate of Compliance (COC) for the battery cell (Annexure K).
• Tax/compliance: Tax clearance status and SARS compliance; CSD registration where applicable; local/foreign bidder rules apply.
• B-BBEE: Valid B-BBEE status level certificate (or evidence); transformation plan if required.
• Conflict of interest and declarations: SBD4 disclosure; Declaration of Interest and related forms.
• Additional: Complete and sign all tender pages, provide pricing schedule (Annexure A) and all compulsory documents (Part B).
