Supply and delivery of Moday.com Software Pro Version 5 Seats for 24 months to Dr Beyers Naudé Local Municipality. Quotation invites IT/software vendors with licensing capability, public-sector procurement experience, and compliance with CSD, tax clearance and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• CSD registration
• SARS tax clearance certificate (current)
• Municipal rates & services clearance certificate (current)
• BBBEE certificate (current) to claim preference points
• Complete and submit declaration of interest and related disclosures (MBD forms)
• Price must include VAT (if registered) and all disbursements
• Tender conditions: no faxed/emailed/late quotations; Council may not accept the lowest bid
• Documentation for specific goals and pricing schedules (e.g., MBD3.1, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9)
