BEY-SCM-632: WIRE AND STEEL (Closed)

Supply and delivery of wire and steel to Dr Beyers Naudé Local Municipality (BEY-SCM-632). Quotations are invited from registered suppliers for the items in the bill of quantities; bid box submission by 12:00 on 20 August 2026; evaluation on an 80/20 basis. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), hold a SARS tax clearance, a municipal rates clearance, and a BBBEE certificate.

Bidder must be a registered CSD supplier with current SARS tax clearance and municipal rates clearance.
Submit a current BBBEE certificate to claim preference points.
Complete and submit the required documents: MBD4 Declaration of Interest, MBD6.1 Preference Points, MBD8 Declaration of SCM Practices, MBD9 Certificate of Independent Bid Determination, and the MBD3.1 Pricing Schedule.
Price must include VAT (if registered) and delivery to the Municipal Stores, Graaff-Reinet.
The tender uses 80/20 (or 90/10 where applicable) with specific goals; proof must be provided to claim goals.
The tender is governed by the GCC and the Council is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
