Requirements

• BBBEE certificate to claim preference points; declaration of interest.
• Pricing to include VAT (if registered) and any disbursements; price/per-learner model; travel/accommodation costs included.
• Tender evaluated on 80/20 (price vs specific goals) with potential province-location points and BBBEE points; proof/documents required to claim specific goals.
• Subject to GCC and any applicable Special Conditions of Contract.
