Provision of Training Services: Electrician (SAQA ID: 91761). Quotations are invited from registered service providers to deliver electrician training at an external venue outside Graaff-Reinet, including learning materials, tools, equipment and assessment/moderation services. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet mandatory compliance: SARS tax clearance, a current municipal rates & services clearance, a declaration of interest, and a current certified BBBEE certificate for preferential points. Accreditation requires Primary SAQA/SETA accreditation for SAQA ID 91761 and Assessor/Moderator Registration. Delivery must use an external venue (with catering) and provide all teaching materials and required tools/equipment. The exact number of learners and start date will be advised to the successful provider. Evaluation is on an 80/20 or 90/10 basis with 20 points for specific goals (BBBEE status and location within Dr Beyers Naudé Local Municipality). KPIs include attendance reports and progress reports. Council reserves the right to accept any tender and is not bound to the lowest bid.
