Overview

City Power Johannesburg invites bids for Trellix Endpoint Licences Renewal, Maintenance and Support. This is an Open-Tender (Request for Bid) for software licensing, renewal, maintenance and support of Trellix endpoint security solutions. • Mandatory: BOQ completed in full; SHERQ compliance; municipal rates/taxes not in arrears; original/certified BBBEE documentation (not older than 3 months) for owners if JV/consortium; ID copies of owners.
• Specific goals (BBEE and locality): 51% black ownership (5 points); 51% black youth ownership (5 points); Local supplier within City of Johannesburg (10 points).
• Compliance and evaluation: Tax status, CIDB framework adherence, and declaration of conflicts of interest; bid validity 120 days; 80/20 evaluation (price 80 points; BBBEE 20 points) with possible preference scoring.
