Requirements

• Valid full CSD registration and proof
• Completed and signed Declarations (MBD1-9)
• ICASA registration or reseller status
• SARS TCS PIN and/or tax clearance (TCC 001) and provide PIN/csd as applicable
• Proof that no undisputed municipal accounts are overdue by more than 30 days
• Compliance with SCM policies and non-disclosure of contracts
• Tender validity period of 90 days and submission on the original bid documents
