Overview

Provision of Photography & Videography Services During State and Emergency/Short Notice Functions in Support of Road Infrastructure Maintenance and Construction (Framework Contract). KeNHA invites sealed tenders from qualified bidders to provide rapid-response photography and videography for state and emergency events, with framework-contract arrangements. Open national competition; suitable for photography/videography firms or production houses capable of mobilizing quickly and delivering on-site coverage and post-production.

Requirements

• Eligible bidders: private entity, individual, state-owned entity, or JV; all members jointly and severally liable in a JV; public officers are ineligible.
• Conflicts and integrity: no conflicts of interest; comply with anti-corruption provisions; complete Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Debarment and eligibility: not debarred by PPRA; comply with nationality and other eligibility rules; tax clearance certificate.
• Subcontracting/authorization: if required, provide Manufacturer’s Authorization or local representation for maintenance/after-sales where applicable.
• Tender security: original tender security of KES 100,000 (unconditional bank guarantee or specified forms) valid to 238 days from tender opening.
• Documentation: pages must be chronologically serialized; submit required forms, price schedules, JV agreements (if applicable), and conformity/evidence against technical specifications.
