Requirements

• Valid SARS Tax Clearance and tax-compliance status; original TCC 001 required; CSD full report; CK registration; certified IDs of directors.
• Accredited IATA and ASATA membership (certificate or letter, not older than 3 months).
• Company profile with relevant completed travel-management projects; contactable references.
• Proof of CSD registration; municipal/address proof or lease if applicable.
• Detailed pricing schedule; SBD forms (SBD 1, 2, 3.1, 4, 6.1) as applicable; bank details may be requested.
• Bid documents completed in non-erasable ink; no late submissions; bids valid for 90 days.
• Functionality threshold of at least 70% to progress to price/preference evaluation; price/policy alignment with SBD 3.1.
• Locality preference (Eastern Cape) considerations and adherence to PPPFA Regulations 2022.
