Overview

Training on Municipal Governance Programme for 12 Municipal Employees. Ingquza Hill Local Municipality invites a qualified training provider to deliver an in‑house National Certificate in Municipal Governance programme for 12 staff, with LGSETA accreditation, over up to 15 months. Bidders must be SARS TCS‑registered, have CSD registration, LGSETA accreditation, and submit the required declarations (MBD1‑9) and related documents.

Requirements

• Valid Full CSD registration
• LGSETA accreditation (including areas) and at least two years’ experience
• SARS TCS PIN/certificate and tax compliance status
• Proof that no undisputed municipal accounts are overdue by more than 30 days
• LGSETA accreditation letter and facilitator qualifications; CVs for facilitators; training manual
• In‑house delivery; trainer travel, accommodation and meals arranged by the provider
• Certificates of attendance and competency; proof of uploading learners on NLRDB within 5 days of appointment
• Signed service level agreement prior to commencement
• Target group: 12 municipal employees
• Pricing schedule with firm prices (MBD3.1)
