Overview

Medical surveillance and examination services for Ga-Segonyana Local Municipality employees are being procured. The municipality invites open bids from Health Professions Council of SA-registered providers to perform 130 medical examinations (lung function, blood pressure, Hepatitis A vaccination, spirometry, audiometry, vision screening, diabetes) and issue medical certificates, in compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
• Deliver 130 medical examinations with specified tests and issue medical certificates.
• Provide safe, compliant premises or mobile space (proof of lease/MOU or proof of residence/vehicle ownership if mobile).
• Ensure compliance with health industry standards and provide all required compliance documents/licenses.
• Provide proof of locality for preference points; provide B-BBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit; Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number.
• If applicable, provide JV agreements and licenses relevant to the industry.
• Complete and submit the bidding forms: MBD1, MBD3, MBD4, MBD6, MBD7, MBD8, MBD9 and the Pricing Schedule (MBD3.1).

How to Apply

• Submission method: Bids must be deposited in the Ga-Segonyana Local Municipality bid box, Main Building, Cnr Voortrekker and School Street, Kuruman 8460, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with GAS: Q09/2026-27; no email submissions.
• Documents to complete and submit: Official bid forms (MBD1, MBD3, MBD4, MBD6, MBD7, MBD8, MBD9), Pricing Schedule (MBD3.1), Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, proof of locality, company registration documents, certified IDs of directors, and any JV agreements if applicable.
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: Tax compliance, CSD or TCS PIN, B-BBEE verification, proof of locality.
