Overview

Supply of Traffic Learners Uniform – Traffic Section. Bids are invited from uniform/clothing suppliers with capacity to source and deliver garments and accessories (shirts, trousers, jackets, socks, belts, shoes, caps) per the specification, on an order basis. Eligible bidders must meet supplier requirements (tax compliance, locality proof, B-BBEE where applicable) and be registered on the Ga-Segonyana supplier database.

Requirements

• MBD forms and pricing schedules completed (MBD1, MBD3, MBD4, MBD6, MBD7, MBD8, MBD9) and signed; pricing schedule (MBD3.1).
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or TCS; CSD registration; VAT details; local pre-qualification where applicable; proof of locality.
• Locality and B-BBEE: provide locality proof (within John Taolo Gaetsewe District or Northern Cape) and B-BBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit for preference points.
• Documentation: company registration, municipal rates/lease or bank address proof, licenses (where applicable), joint venture agreements if any, and signatories authority.
• Contract and ethics: no bid from state employees; declarations on supply chain practices; ensure no collusion; accept GCC/SCC and special conditions; samples may be requested; order-based delivery; warranties to be stated.

• Submission deadline: 30 October 2026 at 12H00. Late bids not accepted. Submit in sealed bid box at Ga-Segonyana Local Municipality, Main Building, Cnr Voortrekker and School Street, Kuruman 8460 (no email submissions).
• Documents to submit: completed MBD forms (1,3,4,6,7,8,9), Pricing Schedule (MBD3.1), Tax/ CSD proofs, B-BBEE documentation, locality proof, company registration, licenses (if applicable), bank letter, JV agreements (if any).
