APPOINTMENT OF AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR TO SUPPLY, DELIVER AND INSTALL 1 x 1000KVA MINI SUBSTATION AND 5 x 500KVA MINI SUBSTATIONS (11KV/0.415KV) AT MULTIPLE SITES FOR GREATER KOKSTAD MUNICIPALITY. Requirements

• CIDB 5EP or higher; CIDB registration evidence required.

• Plant and equipment evidence (e.g., crane truck, logbooks; ownership or lease proof).
• Mandatory documents: MBD 1–9, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; CSD and tax compliance checks; proof of municipal rates for company and directors; CIDB and BBBEE documentation; VAT and SARS PIN/TCS status.
• Site and contract specifics: compulsory briefing on 5 October 2026; CIDB grading tied to project; 90-day valid bid prices; local preference points (80/20); adherence to SCM and ethics rules.

How to Apply
