Overview

Procurement of design and upgrades to convert the existing Grade C P2000 production facility into a cGMP-compliant Grade B facility, including cleanroom construction, HVAC integration, airflow zoning, transfer systems, and related validation. Suitable bidders are engineering/construction teams with cGMP, radiopharmaceutical, cleanroom, and HVAC design/qualification experience, able to operate in a radiological facility and to engage in DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, with CIDB 1ME+ for HVAC subcontractors.

Requirements

• Compliance with Necsa policies and cGMP standards (ISO 14644; PIC/S; SAHPRA), including URS-driven design/qualification requirements. See URS (RPH-SPE-7513.pdf).
• Scope: localized Grade B cleanroom around two Grade B hot cells and one Grade A dispensing cell; full cascade with CNC, Grade C, Grade B, Grade A; HVAC integration; cleanable finishes; 4-person Grade B operation.
• Sub-contracting: HVAC works may be awarded to a specialist sub-contractor; the HVAC sub-contractor must remain CIDB 1ME+; contractor remains fully responsible. See URS (RPH-SPE-7513.pdf).
• Documentation and eligibility: bid in English; provide bidder information, solvency, pre-employment screening for onsite staff; consortium Agreements if applicable; CIDB registration for subcontractor(s); tax/compliance checks (TCS or CSD). • Evaluation: fixed-price tender with 80/20 preference (price vs points). See 5.3–5.4 in the Invitation documents.
