Procurement of a service provider to design and upgrade an existing Grade C production facility into a cGMP-compliant Grade B facility. Requirements

• Pre-qualification: CIDB 3 GB or higher; ISO 9001; COIDA; minimum R2.5 million professional indemnity; URS compliance with RTM; proof of at least two prior cGMP facility designs; cost estimates; tax/CDS compliance.
• Technical/functional: Relevant cGMP design/construction experience; multiple pharma/medical references; detailed project schedule from initiation to handover; adherence to Necsa SHEQ and quality policies.
• Bidding/contract: Consortium/sub-contracting arrangements as required; BBBEE evidence; compliance with POPIA and Necsa terms; full participation in Necsa bidding process (timelines, format, and submission requirements).
