BID FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE RENOVATION OF FACTORY 57/58 AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES AT EKANDUSTRIA INDUSTRIAL PARK

Overview

This tender invites bids for the renovation of Factory 57/58 and related services at Ekandustria Industrial Park. Target bidders are construction service providers with CIDB grading 5GB and 5EB or higher, capable of building works, electrical installations, and external/site works (as per the attached documents: REVISED-2027.07-F57.58-BID-DOC.pdf; MEGA 2027.07 F57.58 BID DOC.pdf).

Requirements

• CIDB minimum of 5 GB and 5 EB (or higher).
• Compliance with MEGA SCM policy, CIDB registration, tax compliance, and CSD registration where applicable; SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number.
• Complete pricing schedule and submission on official forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1); sign SBD7; letter of authority; IDs for directors/shareholders; joint venture agreement if applicable.
• Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund; proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database.
• No disqualifying links to state service; separate TCS/Pin/CSD for each JV/party involved.
• Evidence of experience in comparable projects (up to five references; evaluation allocates up to 50 points for this).
• Adherence to JBCC building contract framework and related preambles; adherence to health and safety requirements.
