Requirements

• Proof of COIDA registration and UIF registration
• Proof of Firearms Licence and active PSIRA registration
• Valid PSIRA certificate for the company assigned to Stutterheim
• ICASA license for radio communications
• Active PSIRA registration for the bidder; CSD and LOGIS registration before closing; tax compliance verified on CSD
• Bidders must provide references; supplier arrangement form if a general dealer
• 80/20 evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals; attach all documentation to qualify for points
• Use of correction fluid will render the bid non-responsive
• Compulsory site briefing and adherence to specifications
