Requirements

• Specific goals, with proof: black ownership, women, youth, disability/military veteran, SMME status, and locality within Ntabankulu/Alfred Nzo/Eastern Cape/South Africa; required CSD, BBBEE docs, and sworn affidavits or certificates.
• Mandatory documents (origins/format): Latest CSD (≤3 months), signed bid forms (MBD 1–9), 3 years audited financial statements (for bids > R10m), certified IDs of directors, JV agreements if any, proof of IATA & ASATA registration, proof of financial standing, municipal rates clearance (company and directors) or lease, original format certificates (not copies).
• Compliance: no bids from persons in the state; adherence to GCC and SCC; all docs must be original and current.
