Capricorn District Municipality invites bids for the GROOTPAN, SIAS, LONGDEN GA-RAMASWIKANA & GA-MMAMOLEKA Rural Water Supply Phase 3 (North Cluster Reservoir Complex) in the Blouberg Local Municipality. Bidders must have CIDB grading 6CEPE/7CE or higher (joint ventures allowed with CIDB-registered partners and meeting combined grade), demonstrate EPWP-compliant staffing for labour-intensive works, and submit on official forms with CIDB registration and tax clearance. Requirements

• CIDB grade 6CEPE/7CE or higher; joint ventures allowed with compliance.
• In-house management/supervision staff satisfying labour-intensive scope; NQF 5 unit standard “Develop and Promote Labour Intensive Construction Strategies.”
• Submit CIDB Certificate, original Tax Clearance, BBBEE documentation, and sign on official forms; not listed as Bid Defaulter; no conflicts of interest; comply with MFMA/PP Regulations.
• Returnable documents: CIDB certificate, tax clearance, MBD forms, Schedule of Plant & Equipment, Schedule of Experience, and related procurement forms.
• No alternative bids unless compliant with employer standards; arithmetical corrections may apply. (see T1.2, F.2.x, F.3.x)

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 9 July 2026 at 11:00.
• Submission method: physically to the Capricorn District Municipality bid box, 41 Biccard Street, Polokwane (or via post to P.O. Box 4100, Polokwane). Late or telegraphic submissions not accepted.
• Documents to complete/submit: MBD 1, MBD 2 (Tax Clearance), MBD 3.1/3.2 (Pricing), MBD 6.1 (PPP), MBD 7.2 (Contract form), and other returnables listed in T2.1 (e.g., Record of Addenda, CIDB Certificate, Schedule of Subcontractors, Schedule of Plant & Equipment, etc.). (see T2.1)
