Requirements

• Demonstrated capability in fire-safety system maintenance and related building services
• Compliance with tax and supplier database requirements; Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or CIDB/ CSD numbers as applicable
• CIDB grading if construction work is involved (noting the document references CIDB and contractor registration)
• Completion of required bid forms and annexures (MBD forms; Form A/B/C; Annexure A; pricing schedules) and initialing all pages
• Proof of municipal rates/taxes or lease/authority letter; Joint Venture requirements if applicable
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing and site visitation
• No conflict of interest and compliance with anti-corruption and tender-defaulter checks
• Acceptance of 80/20 or 90/10 evaluation framework as described in the notice
