Overview

RFP for the acquisition of a commercial marketing agency for a 3-year contract with Airports Company South Africa (ACSA). Bidders should be full-service agencies with experience in Retail, FMCG, Customer Service, Property, Parking or Car Rental marketing, plus in-house creative design and media buying capability; must demonstrate ROMI/ROI reporting and BBBEE compliance. Requirements

• Compulsory briefing on 15 July 2026 at 11:00, ACSA Media Room, OR Tambo International Airport (attendance proof required).
• Submission deadline: 4 August 2026 at 12:00; hand delivery to Tender Box A, North Wing Offices, 3rd Floor, OR Tambo. No email submissions.
• Access bid documents via www.etenders.gov.za and www.airports.co.za; use official bid forms.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number; separate TCS for joint ventures/consortia.
• Mandatory returnable documents: SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule, Declaration of Interest, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Confidentiality/NDA, BBBEE affidavit, Tax PIN, CSD, ID documents for directors, etc.
• Validity: bids remain valid for 120 working days; prices must remain firm.
• Pre-award site space verification and demonstration of end-to-end processes.
• Security vetting may apply; ACSA is a National Key Point.
• Evaluation uses a staged approach with a minimum 70/100 for Functionality; price and preference (80/20 or 90/10) follow.
• Preference points include BBBEE and other specific goals; detailed tables are in the bid docs.
• ACSA reserves rights to award part/all, negotiate, or reject bids.
