• Contract duration: project duration and dates align with the NEC3 ECC data (starting on contract date; completion within 36 months; defects period and defect date).
• Clarifications and addenda: respond to clarifications by the specified closing date; acknowledge addenda.
• Price validity: tender offers valid for 12 weeks.
