BID REQUEST FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF AERONAUTICAL GROUND LIGHTS, CONSTANCE CURRENT REGULATOR AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR CLUSTER 3 (KING SHAKA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, CHIEF STUURMAN AIRPORT AND KING PHALO AIRPORT) FOR PERIOD OF 60 MONTHS

Overview

Maintenance of Aeronautical Ground Lights, Constance Current Regulator and Control System for Cluster 3 airports, for a 60-month period. Open to CIDB 7EB/7EP contractors with aviation lighting/AGL maintenance capability; ensure tax compliance and relevant registrations.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 7EB/7EP or higher. (CIDB Bid document - Cluster 3 AGL Maintenance.pdf)
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS status; if in a consortium, each party must supply its own PIN/CSD.
• Submit bids on the official forms; include fully completed Form of Offer and Acceptance and proof of authority.
• No alternative bids; adhere to CIDB GCC and NEC3 Terms (Contract data) if awarded; contract to be signed post-award.
• For consortia/JVs, each party submits separate TCS/CSD.
• Insurance: ensure professional indemnity and other cover as required by the contract data.
