BID REQUEST FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF ROAD MARKINGS ON THE LANDSIDE AND AIRSIDE FOR A PERIOD OF 60 MONTHS AT OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Overview

Maintenance of road markings on landside and airside at OR Tambo International Airport for a 60-month term. Bidders should hold CIDB grading 7 SK or higher and have capability in road-marking works, airside permits, traffic management, and safety/compliance. The invitation is issued by Airports Company South Africa and includes mandatory briefing and site inspection.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 7 SK or higher.
• Tax compliance: provide Tax Compliance Status PIN (TCS) or CSD number (each party if joint venture).
• Health, safety and environment: comply with OHS/CIS regs; submit Health & Safety files; obtain airside permits; site establishment.
• Knowledge of airside operations and risk management as per Part C3 Service Information.
• Prices fixed for the contract duration with no price adjustments.

• Submission deadline: 06 November 2026 at 10:00.
• Submit in sealed envelopes to Tender Box B, North Wing, 3rd Floor, OR Tambo International Airport; complete the Deposit Register; late bids rejected.
• Documents to submit: Official tender forms (C1 forms), pricing schedules (C2), Service/Site information (Part C3/C4), and returnable schedules; include 1 Original + 1 Copy and electronic copy (USB); sign all required documents; include Schedule of Deviations if any.
• Pre-qualifications: CIDB 7 SK+; Tax compliance (PIN/CSD); if a JV, each party submits separate TCS/CSD.
• Briefing and site info: Compulsory briefing 15 October 2026, 11:00, at the ACSA Media Room, OR Tambo; site inspection immediately after. Bring ID, safety boots, reflector vest; permits process will apply (see CIDB tender docs).
