Overview

Bid to appoint a panel of suppliers for the provision of Scaffolding Services to Necsa Projects for a period of 3 years. Necsa seeks competent scaffolding service providers to support Decommissioning, Construction and Modification projects (including Koeberg) on an as-needed basis, via a 3-year service level panel. Bidders must meet pre-qualification and achieve at least 80/100 in the technical evaluation to be shortlisted; panel members receive RFQs as work arises.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 3 SL or higher. (see Main.docx)
• COIDA: valid letter of good standing. (see Main.docx)
• Relevant experience: scaffolding in nuclear/power or other large-scale heavy industries; provide reference letters. (see Main.docx)
• Compliance: complete and sign POPIA document FIN-SCM-AGR-0002. (see Main.docx)
• Consortiums: if applicable, submit a consortium agreement detailing roles and lead, with joint liability. (see Main.docx)
• Sub-contracting: disclose subcontractors; Necsa may reject proposed subs. (see Main.docx)
• Personnel: provide two qualifying CVs per designated role (e.g., Scaffolding Supervisor, Foreman, Inspector, Erector, etc.) with trade qualifications and certifications attached. (see 1.3; 1.2 Main.docx)
• SHEQ/Quality: submit company SHE/Quality policies and plans if applicable; adherence to Necsa safety policies. (see Main.docx)
• Pre-employment screening: implement security screening for staff involved in installation/training; audit rights reserved. (see Main.docx)
• BBBEE: provide proof of BBBEE level or ownership; price will be scored on 80/20 with specific goal points. (see Main.docx)
• Site access: Necsa National Key Point; ID verification and, for foreigners, passport copy weeks in advance. (see Main.docx)
