• Certifications and procurement rules: tax clearance or SARS PIN/CSD number; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; consortium/sub-contracting disclosures; adherence to Necsa SHEQ and procurement policies; security/safety screening for staff.
• Sub-contracting: Necsa may require preferred subcontractors; notify Necsa of subcontracts.
• Site access: Necsa National Key Point restrictions; radiological area; identification documentation required; foreign visitors must provide passport details weeks in advance.
• Data protection: POPIA-compliant Data Processing Agreement included; confidentiality obligations.
• Evaluation outcome: bids must meet minimum functionality (score ≥80/100) to proceed to price/BBEE scoring (80/20 split).
• Documents: returnable checklists and forms (SBD 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 7.1) plus OEM/authorship letters, warranty statements, training plans, and bidder information (see Annexure A and NECSA terms).
