RENDERING SECURITY SERVICES FOR FIVE (05) MONTHS AT 28 CENTRAL ROAD, BEACONSFIELD, KIMBERLEY NORTHERN CAPE

Rendering of security guarding services for the Department of Water and Sanitation Northern Cape, Kimberley, for a five-month period. Requirements

• Vetting: Departmental vetting may be conducted; background checks and declarations required.
• Equipment and appearance: 24/7 PPE, uniform with company emblem, company ID, and photo IDs; no unauthorized access to IT networks.
• Training and induction: ongoing PSIRA-compliant training; site induction; incident investigation and reporting training.
• Incident and records: maintain occurrence books, registers (pedestrian, vehicle), pocketbooks; daily liaison with security manager; timely incident reporting.
• Insurance: maintain public liability and professional indemnity insurance; provide certificates and annual proof.
• Sub-contracting: no sub-contractors permitted under PSIRA.
• Firearms (if applicable): compliance with Firearms Control Act; permits, storage, and records; training by accredited provider.
• Other: capacity to provide required resources, maintain clean facilities, and ensure brand/ID compliance.
