Overview

PetroSA seeks a Biokineticist to provide movement-based rehabilitation and workplace wellness services to address work-related musculoskeletal disorders, near Mossel Bay, with potential engagement for other PetroSA locations. Bidders should be qualified Biokineticists or service providers capable of initial assessments, rehabilitation, progress reporting, and coordinating stand-ins; must be able to arrange an alternate Biokineticist for non-Mossel Bay locations in line with COIDA and relevant legislation. Requirements

• Qualified Biokineticist, medically fit, with ability to design exercise-based rehabilitation programs.
• Compliance with COIDA No 130 of 1993 and applicable occupational health legislation; English-language reports suitable for insurance/COIDA/medico-legal use.
• Located near PetroSA GTL Refinery (Mossel Bay area) with ability to arrange a substitute Biokineticist for employees outside Mossel Bay.
• Service delivery commitments: initial assessment and preliminary report; rehab as indicated; respond to referrals within 5 days; final Biokineticist report within 10 days post-rehab; monthly and quarterly reporting; stand-in coverage; collaboration with PetroSA medical staff; integration with PetroSA Occupational Health System where possible.
