Overview

Denel seeks a Geo-location attendance system with biometric facial recognition for the Denel Training Academy, including GPS verification, real-time reporting, and integration with Sage 300 cloud payroll. Bidders should have expertise in biometric attendance, web-based platforms, software licensing, training/implementation, and integration projects; relevant certifications include SARS Tax Clearance, CSD registration, and SBD4 compliance.

Requirements

• Compliance with PPPFA Regulations 2022 and BBBEE targets, with price and preferential points used in evaluation.
• Valid SARS Tax Clearance and Standard Bidding Document (SBD4) submission; registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) where applicable; CIPC registration.
• Signed Declaration of Interest (SBD4), Tax Pin, CSD Report, and CIPC details as part of the compliance documents.
• Code of Conduct adherence; anti-corruption and professional conduct throughout procurement and execution.
• Technical scope: Geo-location attendance with GPS geofencing, face recognition for identity, web-based deployment, automated reporting, and role-based access; real-time alerts and dashboards; secure data handling; two-year ad hoc support; software license, training, and implementation; integration with Sage 300 Cloud payroll and Leave systems.
• Evaluation framework includes 80/20 or 90/10 price weighting, plus B-BBEE points; Denel may request an action plan or conduct due diligence.
