Overview

Procurement of Borehole Assessment/Survey, Drilling and Equipping at ARC Glen Bull Test Centre. Bid suitable for service providers with hydrogeological surveying, borehole drilling, pumping installation, electrical works, gravel packing, civil works, and water-quality analysis, led by qualified hydrologists/geohydrologists. Mandatory qualifications include CIDB designation and SACNASP registration for relevant professionals.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 1 CE and ME or higher (attach CIDB certificates).
• Geohydrologist/Hydrogeologist/Hydrologist must be SACNASP-registered (attach certificate).
• Two formal, valid reference letters with completion certificates for borehole projects.
• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide CSD number and full report.
• Completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms; prices in ZAR, inclusive of VAT.
• Delivery/servicing to ARC Institute at the specified address; warranty terms clearly stated.
• Water Quality testing per SANS 241; compliance with SANS 10299-4 for yield tests where applicable.
• Annual compliance and ethical requirements (PFMA 2021/22, Procurement Regulations 2022) and bidder disclosures.
