BOSEHLA WATER SUPPLY PHASE 1

Overview

Capricorn District Municipality invites bids for the construction of Bosehla Water Supply Phase 1 in Bosehla village (Blouberg Local Municipality). It is an Open Tender with CIDB 6CEPE/7CE or higher, targeting labour-intensive delivery and EPWP staffing.

• EPWP staffing requirements to be demonstrable during contract validity.
• Compliance documents: original valid Tax Clearance, CIDB Contractor Registration, and B-BBEE Status Verification Certificate (for preference points).
• Additional checks: not listed on National Bid Defaulters Register; no municipal arrears beyond 3 months; Enterprise Questionnaire completed.
• Compulsory briefing session: 27 October 2026, 10:00, Blouberg Fire Station, Senwabarwana (see tender notice for details).
• Bid deposit: non-refundable R2,116.00 (from tender documents).

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from Capricorn District Municipality offices (41 Biccard Street, Polokwane), via the website or Etender; non-refundable deposit of R2,116.00.
• Attend the compulsory briefing on 27 Oct 2026 (10:00) at Blouberg Fire Station.
• Prepare and submit complete bid documents in a sealed envelope or as directed, in the Tender Box at 41 Biccard Street, Polokwane, by 16 November 2026, 11:00. Bids opened publicly after closing.
• Include: MBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), MBD 2 (Tax Clearance), MBD 6.1 (BBBEE), CIDB registration proof, evidence of labour-intensive staffing eligibility, and returnable documents as per T1/T2.
