Overview

Procurement of branding and kitting services for two outside broadcasting (OB) trucks. Target bidders are branding/graphics and vehicle-fit-out specialists capable of branding, graphics application, and OB truck outfitting. Estimated contract value up to R50 million with 80/20 PPPFA scoring.

Requirements

• Compliance with the Electoral Commission SCM policy, preferential procurement policy, and all tender conditions; adherence to PPPFA Regulations.
• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and maintain tax compliance as shown on CSD; sub-contractors’ tax status must also be compliant.
• Complete and sign all mandatory tender forms (pricing schedules, SBDs, questionnaires) in original ink; deviations must be clearly indicated.
• Provide valid B-BBEE documentation (certificate, affidavit or SANAS-verified) as applicable; include supporting documents for specific goals.
• Be prepared to supply samples/presentations if requested (tender evaluation may include demonstrations).
• Deliver within firm delivery periods and issue valid tax invoices; SLA/contract to be negotiated if awarded.

How to Apply

• Briefing session: 4 September 2026 at 11:00 at Election House, Riverside Office Park, Centurion ( Tender COM-02/2026).
• Submission deadline: 17 September 2026 by 11:00; submissions to be deposited in the Electoral Commission’s Tender Box/ designated room at Election House, Centurion (address in documents).
• Submission method: in a sealed envelope/container, clearly marked with company name and IEC/COM-02/2026; not via email or post.
• Documents to submit: the entire tender document (pages 2–86) fully completed and signed in ink; include pricing schedules, SBD forms, CSD/tax/compliance evidence, B-BBEE documents, POPIA and Political Party Affiliation declarations; and any required annexes.
