Overview

Branding of six VW Polo traffic vehicles for Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality, including design, materials, and installation to meet branding guidelines. Accredited service providers with vehicle branding/graphics, wrap installation, and municipal branding experience should bid; bidders must be registered on CSD, provide SARS TCS PIN, CK registration, and a company profile with relevant branding experience.

Requirements

• Copy of company CK registration (BRANDING OF NEW TRAFFIC VEHICLES.pdf)
• Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (TCS)
• Certified ID copies of directors (within 3 months)
• Comprehensive JV/partnership documentation if applicable
• Complete tender forms (Form of Offer, declaration of interest)
• Statement of municipal rates/service charges orSAPS letter not older than 3 months
• Company profile with proven branding experience
• Acknowledgement that lowest price not necessarily accepted
• No use of tipex; price alterations must be signed
• Documentation must be complete and compliant with bid rules
• B-BBEE/PPPFA forms and local content declarations may be required (MBD1–MBD9)

• Submission deadline: 08 September 2026, by 12:00. Bids open publicly at 12:00 in the Budget & Treasury Office.
• Submission method: sealed envelope, clearly marked RFQ27/09/2026: BRANDING OF NEW TRAFFIC VEHICLES; place in the Bid Box, 25-27 Owen Street, Queenstown.
• Documents to submit: complete MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD6.2, MBD8, MBD9) and costing schedule; SARS TCS/CSD details; CK registration; certified IDs; JV agreements if applicable.
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: SARS TCS, CSD, CK; local content declarations per SATS 1286:2011 if applicable.
