BUILDING 7 HVAC HEATER

Overview

Installation, commissioning, repair, and related works for Building 7 HVAC heaters across NMISA facilities, including lab AHU wiring, ducting repairs, valve installation and server-room cooling support. Bidders should be HVAC contractors with hands-on installation/maintenance capability, certified technicians (HVAC trade certificate with at least two technicians), and the ability to perform linked electrical/mechanical works and on-site safety. Mandatory site briefing is 05 Nov 2026 at CSIR Campus, Building 5. Submissions are via electronic submission; closing 09 Nov 2026 12:00.

Requirements

• HVAC trade certificate with at least two technicians.
• 6-month warranty after commissioning.
• Signed completion certificate for all work performed.
• Provide B-BBEE status level and complete SBD6.1; attach BBBEE proof if pricing exceeds R2,000; price/bid must follow NMISA SCM policy.
• Quotation valid for 30 days; specify delivery period.
• Move old air conditioners to facilities storeroom and provide safety/completion documentation.
• Complete SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure; declare conflicts of interest as required.
• Safety file to be submitted after PO is issued.

• Documents to submit: SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure, SBD6.1 Preference Points Claim Form, company details, BBBEE certificate (if applicable), pricing schedule, safety file post-PO, and any requested fiduciary documents.
