Overview

Design, printing, supply and delivery of 200 A4 occurrence books for Centlec Bloemfontein. Bidders with capabilities in professional printing, design, binding (ring-bound), and local delivery should consider submitting a quotation (Advert C01/2026-.pdf). Closing date: 18 August 2026 at 11:00.

Requirements

• Bid on business letterhead; bind proposals in a ring-bound book, indexed and page-numbered.
• Submit CK company registration documents.
• Provide a valid original Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN.
• Be registered on CSD; submit CSD report and certified IDs of owners.
• Provide municipal services clearance or current lease with a recent bill and rates clearance (or current bill not older than 90 days); if landlord pays, supply signed lease and account statement.
• Complete all MBD forms (notably MBD 4 and MBD 9) in full and signed.
• Submit SANAS-approved BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (points may apply even if not awarded).
• Specifications for the Occurrence Book (see attached specification) include Centlec logo on each page, front/back covers, pages numbered 10000–20000, and double-sided numbering (see Advert C01/2026-.pdf).
• Price must exclude VAT; delivery charges included; price valid for at least 30 days.
• Delivery within 30 days of order; payments to the named company on the official order.
• No quotations from persons in the Service of the State; compliance with 80/20 Preferential Procurement where applicable.
• Consideration of local ownership goals (see Specified Goals) and potential sample requests if needed.

How to Apply

• Submissions must be hand-delivered in a SEALED ENVELOPE, with the quotation number (C01/2026) on the front, to Centlec (SOC) Ltd, Supply Chain Management Offices, 30 Rhodes Avenue, Oranjesig, Bloemfontein 9301. Do not email.
• Submission deadline: 18 August 2026 at 11:00.
• Documents to obtain and submit: all items listed under Minimum Requirements (CK, Tax Clearance, CSD with IDs, lease/clearance, MBD forms, BBBEE, etc.); ensure binding and orderliness as specified. • Pre-qualification/registrations: CSD registration required; tax clearance; BBBEE documentation; municipal/lease documentation as noted.
