Overview

Centlec invites bids for a heavy-duty dual-shaft industrial shredder / e-waste crusher to securely destroy electrical prepaid meters, including supply, delivery, installation and commissioning. The supplier must design, supply, install, commission and provide after-sales support for a complete shredding solution (incl. infeed hopper, drive, control panel, guarding, discharge, EMStop, training and documentation).

Requirements

• Submit on business letterhead, neatly ring-bound, indexed and page-numbered.
• CK company registration documents; valid original Tax Clearance or SARS PIN.
• CSD registration with CSD report and certified ID copies of owners.
• Municipal services clearance or lease with current bill/rates clearance (or official council residence letter for non-billed areas).
• All MBD forms completed (MBD 4 and MBD 9) with disclosures.
• SANAS-approved B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; if not, points are not awarded but disqualification is avoided.
• Delivery within CENTLEC instructions; payment to the company named on the order; price validity 30 days; delivery included in quote.
• 80/20 Preferential Procurement points framework; no quotes from Service of the State; CSD required.
