Requirements

• Bid documents on business letterhead, bound, indexed, page-numbered
• CK company registration documents
• Valid original Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN
• CSD registration with CSD report and certified ID copies of owners
• Municipal services clearance or lease with current bill; or official council letter of residence if non-billed
• Complete MBD forms (MBD 4 and MBD 9) in full
• SANAS-approved BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• 80/20 preferential procurement evaluation; samples may be requested; quotations valid for 30 days; VAT exclusive with delivery charges included; payment to on official order name; no quotes from Service of the State; sealed envelope submission via hand-delivery (no email)
