Overview

Supply, delivery and installation of steel and wooden office cabinets for CENTLEC Bloemfontein. Bidders with experience in office furniture supply, delivery and installation, and with the required registrations and certifications (CSD, tax clearance, MBD forms, BBBEE) should bid. The contract covers 3 steel cabinets and 6 wooden cabinets per the specification.

Requirements

• Quotation on business letterhead; bound (ring-bound), indexed and page-numbered.
• Copy of company registration (CK).
• Valid original Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN.
• Registration on CSD with CSD report and certified ID copies of owners.
• Municipal services clearance or lease with current rates bill (or current account not older than 90 days); alternative official council letter for non-billed residents.
• Complete all compulsory MBD forms (MBD 4 and MBD 9) in full.
• SANAS-approved BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (points awarded; not disqualifying).
• No quotes from Service of the State; provide CSD number.
• Delivery within 30 days after order; payment to the company on official order; no third party.
• Prices excluding VAT; delivery charges included; validity of offer at least 30 days.
• 80/20 preferential procurement: 50% Black-owned, 50% Women-owned, 50% Youth-owned, locality criterion.
• CENTLEC reserves the right to appoint the second lowest bidder or accept part of a quotation.
