Overview

Cape Agulhas Municipality invites bids for CAB BUILD CASE TRACTOR JX75, a steel cab built to Case JX75 tractor specs (delivery after project completion, inspection prior to invoicing). This RFQ is aimed at firms with cab fabrication/metalwork, welding, vehicle modification, and related capabilities.

Requirements

• Tax and supplier pre-qualifications: Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS) or equivalent, and proof of being on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).

• Documentation: Complete and submit CAMBD 1, CAMBD 4, CAMBD 6.1, CAMBD 8, CAMBD 9, Form of Offer & Acceptance, plus Schedule 1A–1G including incorporation documents and past performance references.
• Availability and pricing: Pricing schedule completed; pricing must be VAT-inclusive where applicable; total RFQ value expected to be under R300,000.
• Delivery scope: Cab to be built per the image/specs and delivered to Bredasdorp; post-delivery inspection required before invoicing.
• Compliance: All bids on official forms; must initial every page; adhere to site and tender rules.

• Submission deadline: 16 October 2026, by 12:00.
• Submission method: Submit on official forms, in a sealed envelope or via the tender box; or post to the Municipal Manager. External envelope must state TENDER NUMBER, DESCRIPTION and CLOSING DATE.
