Overview

RFQ for Calibration of Laboratory Equipment for Vaal Central Water (Vaal Gamagara, Northern Cape). Target bidders are calibration/ metrology service providers with lab capabilities to calibrate a range of devices (digital thermometer, infrared thermometer, incubators, ovens, water bath, autoclaves, fridges, freezers, pipettes, mass weights). Relevant qualifications include adherence to GCC, completion of standard bidding forms, and tax/BEE compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Fully completed SBD forms: SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1; one-folder bid.
• Price must be firm, inclusive of taxes; delivery period firm; prices valid for 60 days.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (or provide TCS) and/or CSDNumber; where applicable, separate TCS for joint ventures or sub-contractors.
• BBBEE certificate or BBBEE sworn affidavit; CSD/CIPC documents as applicable.
• Compliance with GCC and procurement regulations; no bids from persons in state service.
