Requirements

• Service provider must be SANAS accredited; provide valid certification.
• Calibrate 3 centrifuges; supply calibration stickers with date, expiry, and equipment ID; provide calibration certificates.
• Safety file to safety officer prior to commencing; engage with department head before work.
• Job card/service report signed off by OBP and service representative on leaving site.
• Complete SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure; submit CSD registration; tax compliant.
• Register on OBP’s E-Procurement portal; upload all required documents; no submissions via email; OBP may cancel/re-advertise RFQs.
• General conditions of contract apply; pricing to be VAT exclusive; payment terms 30 days after statement.
• Preference points: 80/20 or 90/10 system depending on value; claims require BBBEE evidence (51% black ownership; 30% women ownership; disability with supporting note/certificate).
