Overview

Procurement of calibration services for the weighbridge at PetroSA GTL Refinery in Mossel Bay. Requirements

• Qualification/evaluation: minimum BBBEE level 4 or be an EME/QSE; 80/20 (up to R50M) or 90/10 (above) preference; valid BBBEE certificate; anti-fronting diligence; due diligence on status.
• Compliance/registration: be a PetroSA supplier on the eProcurement portal; register on CSD; upload POPI policy; subcontracting >25% requires agreement; joint ventures must provide detailed arrangements; adhere to PFMA governance.
