Calling for expressions of interest from professional service providers to render respective professional services to the Limpopo Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for a period of 3-years. The process aims to register suitably qualified PSPs across multiple engineering disciplines onto a database and establish framework agreements for task orders over 36 months, with work funded by various programs.

Requirements

• Mandatory briefing session: 07 July 2026, 10:00, Agri Village, Polokwane; attendance required.
• Submit on official forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD7) and, if applicable, a JV agreement; ensure authority proof.
• Compliance documents: tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD registration), CSD number, COIDA, and original tax clearance if required.
• Minimum category requirements (Table A): include Geo-hydrological, Geo-technical, Environmental, Hydrological, Agricultural Engineering, Civil, Structural, Electricity, Architectural, GIS, Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying, and Social Facilitation; each with specified minimum years’ experience and professional registration (e.g., SACNASP, ECSA, SACAP, SAGC, SACQSP).
• Attachments: valid software licenses and, where applicable, Professional Indemnity insurance.
• Experience evidence: completed works with reference letters/POs; bidder’s personnel must be linked to the bidding company.
• Framework terms: 36-month database registration; rates fixed for 12 months with annual review; task orders issued as required.
• Compliance checks: pre-compliance evaluation via CSD; non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
