CAPABLE SDP ASSESSMENT CENTRE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OFClosed

Overview

MerSETA seeks an accredited SDP/Assessment Centre to develop three assessment instruments, an exemplar instrument, an RPL Toolkit, and QASA for the Occupational Qualification Production Supervisor (115723), including support to obtain QCTO approval. The work requires QCTO-recognised SDP accreditation for a related qualification, a lead subject-matter expert plus a team of assessors/moderators, and an industry SLA.

Requirements

• QCTO-recognised SDP accreditation for the related qualification (e.g., Automotive Sales Advisor or closely related) with evidence.
• Valid accreditation letter/certificate from the relevant authority.
• At least one team member who is a registered assessor with ≥3 years’ experience in occupational qualifications assessment or development.
• Signed SLA/MoU with a relevant automotive industry partner backing assessment development/validation.
• Demonstrated experience in developing assessment instruments, RPL tools, and QASA/QAS-related work, with evidence.
• Lead SME for the qualification and a team of 3 assessors/moderators.
• Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration, tax compliance, and BBBEE documentation.
