Overview

This RFQ seeks a Capable SDP Assessment Centre to develop assessment tools for the Occupational Qualification “Production Supervisor” (115723). Bidders with QCTO-recognised SDP accreditation for related qualifications (or SAQA ID 118097) and a team including a lead SME plus at least three assessors, with experience in SDP/tool development (QASA, RPL), should bid. Requirements

• Valid QCTO SDP accreditation for a related qualification; current accreditation letter/certificate. (RFQ - Capable SDP Assessment.pdf)
• Accreditation acknowledgement letter/certificate from QCTO or delegated authority. (RFQ - Capable SDP Assessment.pdf)
• At least one registered assessor with ≥3 years’ relevant experience in occupational qualifications assessment or development. (RFQ - Capable SDP Assessment.pdf)
• Signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or MoU with a relevant industry partner. (RFQ - Capable SDP Assessment.pdf)
• Evidence of three or more similar projects in developing assessment tools/QASA/RPL. (RFQ - Capable SDP Assessment.pdf)
• Compliance basics: CSD registration number, BBBEE certificate, tax matters in order at award; use of official merSETA forms; adherence to GCC. (RFQ - Capable SDP Assessment.pdf)

Note: The project runs 6–24 months from signature; deliverables include three instruments plus exemplar, an RPL Toolkit, and a QASA with QCTO approval. Lead SME and three assessors are required. (RFQ - Capable SDP Assessment.pdf)
